At Adult & Teen Challenge of Oklahoma, we’ve been experimenting with AI video as an alternative to traditional methods. I’ve been exploring creative ways to incorporate storytelling into our content. Over the past year, we’ve increasingly relied on prompts to generate stories. We’ve even created two storylines that made it to the editing board and were released to advertise our mission at the Teen Challenge programs for the drug epidemic.

We’ve been experimenting with this approach for about a year now, and while the results are still somewhat artificial, they’re becoming more and more recognizable as AI-generated content. The technology has advanced significantly, and the AI has become more photorealistic. However, there are still some limitations, especially when it comes to capturing the nuances of human emotions and expressions.

Given the current trend of young people (20 to 40 years old) being the primary audience for storytelling and marketing, it’s clear that this is an area where we need to invest further in developing AI-powered tools that can effectively engage and resonate with this age group. These short 30 to 40 second films that we have reached on social media, are almost a public service announcement type of style.
